Great blog post, very thoughtful and well written. It&#039;s funny that a lot of the issues you brought up have been discussed endlessly internally. The background images - I always held fast to not touching anyones photos, and that if you upload a big image, well then, you upload a big image. However, you have convinced me that maybe we should put some sort guidelines or resources where people can find out how to scale and resize their images. Maybe even a button to allow them to scale... Great idea!

As far as 3rd party passwords, we made sure that if you didnt want to import any data, you could just add your name and put all your links in your &quot;about&quot; section. Kinda like this guy did: http://flavors.me/meonline . He hasn&#039;t added any services and just used straight up links.
